Return and refund policy

This cancellation policy outlines about how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order. However, cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that quality of the product delivered is not good. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team in accordance with eligibility criteria. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 1 day of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1 day of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of any refunds approved by Choice Luxury Store, it will take 24-72 hours for the refund to be processed.

Order Cancellations:

You may cancel your order prior to shipment by contacting our customer support team at choiceluxurystore@gmail.com or on What's app +916361846686. 

Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be credited within 10-15 days.
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: No cash on delivery is available as of now.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

We offer a 7-day return/exchange window for unused products in their original packaging.

  • In case of exchange items, once we have received the items and verified the condition of the product(s) we shall send you an email notifying of the same. Once your exchange is approved the new products will be dispatched to you in 3-4 days of verification. 
  • In case of receiving damaged product(s) Please record a video while unboxing your purchase as this is the only proof we can accept for damaged or incorrect items.

Eligibility Criteria (Eligibility for Returns):

·       Our policy lasts 7 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for opened, tampered, or partially used items.

 Non-Acceptance of Returns:

Returns will be declined under the following conditions:

  • Used or opened products.
  • Damaged items due to misuse.
  • Missing accessories or tampered packaging.
  • Late return requests.
  • Free items not returned.

 

Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items:

Follow the same return process within 3 business days. Please provide images for quick assistance.

Refund Timelines:

Refunds for returns follow the same timeline as cancellations and are processed after successful product verification. Once Verified it may take 24-72 hours to process the refund.
